To sweeten the deal, Visit Sarasota County is pleased to offer two unique incentive programs designed to make your meeting or conference even more memorable. Whether you're a business headquartered outside of Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties or a local organization hosting an event in Sarasota County, there's an incentive program that's right for you. For businesses located outside of Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties, our Meeting Incentive Program is designed to introduce first-time and infrequent conferences and meetings to the Sarasota County destination. With this program, you can enhance the destination experience for your attendees while still supporting the goals of your conference or meeting. Choose from a variety of incentives based on the needs of your group, including cash rebates of up to $15, offsite group dining and events, transportation services, and wellness initiatives. Plus, for Financial and Professional Services, Corporate Headquarters, Life Sciences, InfoTech, Clean Tech, Manufacturing, and Creative Industries, we're offering an additional $500 bonus incentive on top of the regular award amount. That's a total savings of up to $3,000, depending on the number of peak room nights produced. To be eligible for the Meeting Incentive Program, you'll need to book a minimum of 10 rooms on peak at a Sarasota County hotel. Rooms on peak are defined as the highest number of rooms booked on a single night in all the applicant's Sarasota County hotel room blocks throughout the duration of stay. Incentive levels will be determined by the actualized peak room number, and the incentive will be distributed after the culmination of the meeting, on a reimbursement basis. Incentive options and funds are subject to availability and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. For businesses located within Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties, our Bring It Home Program is designed to benefit local organizations and businesses hosting meetings and events in Sarasota County. With this program, you can earn a hotel room rebate of $10 per room night generated, with a minimum total rebate of $100 and a maximum total rebate of $3,750. To be eligible, you'll need to book a minimum of 10 rooms on peak at a Sarasota County hotel. Rooms on peak are defined as the highest number of rooms booked on a single night in all the applicant's Sarasota County hotel room blocks throughout the duration of stay. If the meeting does not have a minimum of 10 Rooms on Peak, the incentive will be forfeited. The total rooms cash rebate is for all consecutive room nights combined. Incentive levels will be determined by the actualized peak room number, and the incentive will be distributed after the culmination of the meeting, on a reimbursement basis.
