How to Use this Blog

For the less blog-saavy readers, here are a few tips for navigating through the CP Blog.

-Order of Posts: Most recent posts appear at the top of the blog – you can find older posts using the Archive selection on the right.

-Read a Post: Click on the headline of a post to read the full article. Posted comments are below the article…the “reply” box for you to comment is under that.

-Comments: You can read what people are saying by clicking on the “current discussions” link in the list on the right of the page…or read an article of interest and check out the comments below it. Submit your own thoughts using the “reply” box below the comments.

-Submitting a Comment: Fill in your info with the “reply” box on an article. Your email address remains private – by including your website, readers can click on your name and be directed to your website. Or, if you want to mention your job title or the organization you work for in your post, readers can relate to you in that way.

-Categories: The categories on the right side help classify the topics of the posts in the blog. Click on a category to see the posts related to the category (the number indicates the number of posts relating to that topic).

-What’s that Twitter feed? Twitter is a social networking website that allows users to communicate in 140 character posts. Our user name is ConventionPlani - and by following our updates, or viewing them via the feed on the right hand side of this blog, you’ll have access to current meetings and event industry news, tips, and information at a glance. Since Twitter posts are a maximum of 140 characters, this blog continues to provide more in-depth information.
