In no particular order, the top 10 destinations are:
-Austin, Texas
-Washington, DC
-Hawaii
-Mexico
-Hungary
-Iceland
-Berlin
-Vancouver
-Cambodia
-Panama
Destinations were selected based on a number of factors, including free events, price cuts to travel to the area, and special anniversaries.

Nice list but i think Berlin is too expensive to be on it.

Typically I would agree with you – however Berlin made the list because this year is the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and a number of free special activities are being planned.
